The Domain Deliverability Dashboard at emailens.dev/dashboard/domains continuously checks and monitors your sending domain's email authentication configuration.
Misconfigured authentication records are the #1 cause of emails landing in spam or being rejected by Gmail and Yahoo's 2024+ sender requirements.
Monitored DNS Records
For each registered domain, Emailens validates and monitors 5 critical records:

| SPF (Sender Policy Framework) | Declares which IP addresses and mail servers can send on behalf of your domain. | Validates syntax, prevents multiple SPF records (RFC 7208 violation), and checks DNS lookup count (must be ≤ 10). |
| DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail) | Provides a cryptographic signature verifying the email was not modified in transit. | Checks selector DNS key availability and key length (≥ 2048-bit recommended). |
| DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication) | Specifies policy (none, quarantine, reject) and reporting addresses for unauthenticated mail. | Validates policy alignment, aggregate reporting (rua), and strictness. |
| MX (Mail Exchange) | Specifies the mail servers responsible for receiving email for your domain. | Verifies active mail exchange host records and DNS priority weighting. |

Continuous DNS Drift Monitoring
Once you add a domain, Emailens periodically performs DNS lookups to track changes. If an SPF include is removed, a DKIM key rotates incorrectly, or DMARC policy breaks, Emailens immediately dispatches an alert email to notify your team before deliverability drops.
Adding a Domain
- Go to Dashboard > Domains.
- Enter your domain name (e.g.
yourcompany.com) and click Add Domain. - Emailens will run an immediate DNS scan and present your deliverability score (0-100), individual record status badges, and remediation steps for any failed checks.
Plan Allowances
- Free: 1 monitored domain.
- Dev: 3 monitored domains.
- Pro: 10 monitored domains.
- Team: 10 monitored domains.
